In vitro, it has bactericidal effect on dermahytes, filaments, diploids, dark spore family fungi, yeasts, Aspergillus, dermatitis bud yeast, Gliocladium phosporum, hislasm capsulatum, ａnd nearly smooth dices yeast. It has inhibitory effect on Candida albicans ａnd limania mexicana. It is more active against dermahytes ａnd Aspergillus than naftifen, ketoconazole, itraconazole, clotrimazole, griseofulvin ａnd amphotericin B. It is clinically used in the treatment of skin fungal infections (tinea pedis, tinea cruris ａnd tinea corporis) ａnd nail fungal infections. The cure rate is as high as 80% ~ 95%, ａnd the recurrence rate is low (0 in the second month ａnd 6% ~ 10% in the 15th month).
